“By clicking ‘I Agree’ or by using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You further acknowledge that these Terms limit Bharat Legal Chambers’s liability and require you to indemnify Bharat Legal Chambers for losses arising from your misconduct, and mandate binding arbitration for most commercial disputes.”
This User Agreement and Terms of Service ("Agreement" or "TOS") governs your access and use of the services provided by Bharat Legal Chambers. By clicking “Accept,” you confirm you are at least 18 and a licensed professional, and you enter into a binding contract.
The platform is built to support young professionals by providing access to genuine opportunities and workflow tools. We act as a responsible intermediary, ensuring that opportunities meet talent without geographical barriers. All decisions and results of engagements rest solely between the professionals involved.
Bharat Legal Chambers functions strictly as an Intermediary under the IT Act, 2000. We do not participate in legal advice, drafting, decisions, fee arrangements, strategy, or representation. All professionals act independently and are not employees or agents of the platform.
“Professional/User”: A licensed legal practitioner enrolled under the Advocates Act, 1961 and BCI Rules.
A limited, non-transferable license is granted to access the platform. No intellectual property is transferred.
All platform software, UI, algorithms, trademarks, graphics, and proprietary materials remain the property of Bharat Legal Chambers.
KYC and professional verification are mandatory. False documents may lead to suspension or legal reporting.
No solicitation, advertising, or unethical communications. Users must comply strictly with BCI rules and platform guidelines.
Public content grants a limited license for platform operational use. Private case materials remain exclusively yours.
Private Workstation content remains fully owned by the user. The platform will never use it for analytics, AI, marketing, or third parties.
A lawful takedown process is followed under IT Rules 2021.
No off-platform work or direct contact for 12 months unless opt-out fee is paid. Attempted circumvention leads to suspension and penalties.
All Users act as independent professionals. The platform does not supervise, direct, or guarantee legal work. All liability for professional acts remains solely with the User.
User-generated content reflects personal opinions. The platform is not liable for defamation, misconduct, or disputes between Users.
Third-party payment gateway issues are not platform liability. Tokens and credits have no cash value and may be revoked.
The platform may suspend accounts, freeze funds, or audit activity in cases of fraud, non-circumvention breach, or misconduct.
All commercial disputes are resolved through binding arbitration. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with courts in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh.
Data may be stored inside or outside India per DPDP Act compliance. Force majeure protections apply.
Bharat Legal Chambers is not liable for legal advice, outcomes, disputes, or payments between Users. Attempts to involve the platform in disputes without meeting requirements constitute breach and trigger indemnification duties.
